Tuesday, November 4th - Vote Vote Vote

I voted this morning. I voted straight ticket, even though I took the time to color in all the bubbles on my Scan-tron-esque ballot. I voted for Jill Long Thompson for Governor, even though she ran one of the most piss poor campaigns since Jim Jontz ran against Richard Lugar. I just couldn't bring myself to vote for Mitch Daniels since I got fired for being a Democrat in State Government by his bubble headed Lieutenant Governor. I resisted the urge to write in Hillary. I voted to consolidate township government, and I voted to allow the Indianapolis Public Schools to actually fix up their buildings.

I voted.

I was the 447th voter of the day (at 11 am), which is a small miracle in a precinct that has had as few as 35 by 3 pm. I just missed the lunch rush, and I was proud to see American's finally getting involved. I just hope they continue to be engaged.

It's also been an interesting day on the professional front, but I'm not ready to blog about that in case the internet has ears. I've also been to the gym twice, which has doubled by effort in October!

Viva La Vacation!
