Anyway, with all apologies to Tyler, I am currently obsessed with Jeff Ranieri of NBC
Weather+. Every morning when I am watching Meredith and Matt on the Today show, I'm hoping against hope that Al Roker is off for his thousandth vacation day so that Jeff will take over, or (god help me) there is some sort of weather disaster to send him out in the field. He's been covering the winter storms in the northeast the past couple days, and I have to say that he looks so cute in his red jacket and furry hood. I remember the first time I saw him on the Today show, and I said to myself, "Good Lord, he's gorgeous!" Of course, I usually am getting ready for work when the Today show is on, so I had other things on my mind, but when I saw him recently, I don't
know. My psycho stalker gene just clicked on, and I wanted to write a blog about it. I was pretty unsuccessful finding any good pictures of him outside of a screen capture site that was rude enough to not allow for downloads, but then I googled the magic words, "Jeff Ranieri HOT" and up popped the motherload, his MySpace Page, blissfully not locked down. Yippee! Merry Christmas to me!Now, I do not want to make suppositions, but with evidence from his Weatherplus.com profile and MySpace page, I think Jeff may actually indeed be a Friend of Dorothy.
When he is on TV, he gives off that metrosexual vibe, that is sometimes hard to pinpoint. However, the songs playing on his MySpace page are of the Paul Van Dyk (very famous club DJ) and Fergie variety, he has many pictures with equally attractive gentlemen - sometimes even with man purses, he has cute, gay hair (evidence - picture), his favorite weather phenomenon is the DOUBLE Rainbow, and his favorite karaoke song is "Islands in the Stream." I'm sorry, but any reference to Dolly Parton by a young, attractive man is a dead giveaway. Also, he is MySpace friends with more than one Drag Queen, and in the behind the scenes video below from the Today show, the fans who stand outside make him an honorary Teletubby (alas, not Tinkie Winkie). So anyway, gay or not, he is my current TV crush. The intelligence and looks combined with the fact that he is a bit of a dork (a MAJOR weakness for me) makes him a pretty irresistible TV presence.

Oh he is as queer as a three dollar bill, as far as I can tell. I actually have a disproportionately large collection of weathermen friends, all of them gay (I'll have to confirm Jeff Ranieri's gayhood with them). I even dated one briefly when I was in college. Must be something about the maps.

Good crush--he is on the gay dar for sure! He is quite a looker indeed!! Forecast calls to snuggle up as a cold front is moving in...Wish we could snuggle up with him!
I love it when he does the weather. He is a hottie and in my (wet) dreams he is gay.
BTW...if you ever catch Early Today (it comes on at 430A here in Houston), he usually does the weather.
And I'm not sure what it is about weathermen being gay. Houston has a few.
I can confirm that Ranieri is indeed gay. He did the weather here in Sacramento for a couple of years and was always out at the bars. Very nice guy and a real cutie. He was kind of a slut though. Dozens of guys. But very nice.
You haven't talked about your other bf in awhile. I just saw him on the telly and they sent him to Cleveland, OH. He looks cute covered in snow.
